For those of you who have purchased LbNA merit badges...what do you do with them, is there a "quick and easy" way of cutting them out, and how do you apply them?

Just cut them out with scizzors and sew them down with matching thread.

I use a pair of really sharp scissors that are made for cutting fabric.
Just make sure you don't cut too close to the green stitching...if you
do you might cut the threads or come close enough that they come loose.
Like mohmers said, get some matching thread and sew them on. You can
use green so that it matches the outside of the circle. I used red
(because I couldn't find any green in the house) and made really tiny
stitches right on the inside of the green circle. You can barely see
it. :)
